Jessica has a B.A. in Sociology from Arcadia University and a Master of Social Service from Bryn Mawr College. She has been a social worker for many years, working primarily in the Philadelphia area supporting a multitude of populations. 

Jessica joined the Outreach team in May 2023, and has found that Outreach is truly a unicorn of an agency. 

It’s clear that the mission, team, and clients we support are the reason Outreach has been a program people truly want to join. We meet people where they are in their life’s journey, and you don’t find that everywhere.
